Cheryl grew up with horses and was “Major” of the Westernaire Varsity Red Team.  Following a long career in education, Cheryl worked for the US Congress. She has since utilized her organizational, grant writing, and project management skills to help her community, and to establish Blue Rose Ranch as a national voice in the horse rescue industry.

John and Cheryl Webb founded Blue Rose Ranch in 2006. 

John successfully operated businesses and non-profit organizations for years. His extensive background led to a solid organizational structure enabling Blue Rose Ranch to have a dramatic impact on horse rescue.  Additionally, John has served many years as Board Treasurer for the Colorado Unwanted Horse Alliance.
