Letters of Inquiry (LOI) should be succinct and may be submitted at any point in the calendar year. LOI should include:
- Name of organization and address, organization contact name with email and phone information, your non-profit EIN number or letter verifying your 501(c)(3) status.
- Tell us what support you need and why.
- Brief history of the organization, your goals, your challenges, financial size of your organization, how you market.
- Where your funding comes from. Please include a description of program services offered that help fund your organization (which we view positively).
- Would you benefit from organizational and/or planning guidance? Having successfully navigated building and operating an exemplary horse rescue for 20 years, we likely have valuable insights for your consideration.
Additional information may be requested by Blue Rose Ranch Trust Directors.
Site visits by the Directors of Blue Rose Ranch and/or representatives are often requested.
